Hosting an Event on Campus?

If your department is hosting an event on campus, we can work with you to provide parking for your guests!


What do I need for my request?

Complete and submit the following forms to TAPS-SpecialEvents@fsu.edu at least 48 hours in advance to guarantee space/lot availability:


Weekdays 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
Visitor Lot$2/hour  |  $10/max
Hourly Spaces Rates starting at $1.50 - see app for details.
Daily Visitor Permit$6/day
Suspend Enforcement of entire lot
Per space of entire parking lot – not reserved. 
$0.93/space
Reserved Event Space with Attendant$3.02/space
Reserved Event Space without Attendant
Space(s) denoted by traffic cones/signage.
$9.30/space
Weeknights 4:30 PM – 10 PM
